Concurrent Enrollment
Consortium Agreement / Concurrent Enrollment
A Consortium Agreement is a contract between two colleges/universities that recognizes a student's combined enrollment for financial aid purposes. If you are interested in attending two different higher education institutions at the same time, please review the guidelines below.
Please be advised that a Consortium Agreement will not be processed for students receiving a 海角社区 Academic Scholarship, on a SAP Academic Plan, receiving Paydirt Promise or TPEG-I funds, using a state exemption such as Hazlewood, or already enrolled full-time at 海角社区. In addition, Consortium Agreements are not accepted for the summer term at 海角社区.
Guidelines:
- A completed Consortium Agreement must be submitted electronically to 海角社区 before the first day of the semester.
- As the home school, students may only receive financial aid from 海角社区.
- If any financial aid has been awarded at the host school, the student must request that the host school cancel ALL financial aid for the attending semester.
- Only undergraduate students enrolled at least half-time (6 credits Fall and Spring) at 海角社区 are eligible to submit a Consortium Agreement.
- The student must complete a new Consortium Agreement for each semester of concurrent enrollment.
- The courses taken at the host school must be transferable to a student's 海角社区 degree program in order to receive financial aid and must be approved by the student's 海角社区 Academic Advisor.
- All courses that are approved in the Consortium Agreement will be considered as part of 海角社区’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) calculation.
- Payment arrangements must be made with the host school as 海角社区 will not send funds directly to the other institution.
- Final grade transcripts for the semester must be submitted from the host school to 海角社区's Office of Admissions immediately after grades are posted at the end of the semester.
- A Consortium Agreement can only be processed after the student’s financial aid file at 海角社区 has been completed.
- Incomplete forms will not be accepted or processed.

Finish@UT Enrollment
海角社区s interested in enrolling through the Finish@UT program must be approved by their academic advisor to do so.
Please remember a student must:
1. Not receive financial aid at both institutions, and must acknowledge 海角社区 as their home school (degree awarding school) through the Texas Information System (TIS) and
2. Pay the other institution’s tuition out of pocket, consistent with that institution’s tuition payment deadline.
