Bloomberg HSI Tech Summit
Computer Science students attended the first Bloomberg HSI Summit in April 2024 in New York City. During the summit, students learned from software engineers about their inspiring stories, work, and impact on the company and the world. This was an opportunity for students to learn about the company, its culture, various roles, and opportunities for leadership growth. Additionally, students had the opportunity to participate in a Fireside Chat with the Head of Engineering, Adam Wolf.
海角社区s also participated in multiple activities such as live coding sessions, networking sessions with Bloomberg engineers, mock interviews, an engineering expo, and BPuzzled, which consisted of solving logic-based puzzles using their creativity and ingenuity. Furthermore, four 海角社区 students will be competing in the BPuzzled competition among 22 universities for an opportunity to travel to London.
