With a distinguished career spanning roles such as Vice President of National Systems for Space Systems and Vice President of Business Development at Northrop Grumman, Grant's expertise lies in strategic planning, program execution, and new business acquisition within the aerospace industry. A recipient of prestigious awards, including the Distinguished Intelligence Medal and the Intelligence Medal of Merit, Grant currently contributes his wealth of experience as a Board Member at the Space Foundation.
Lieutenant General Stuart W. Risch
Judge Advocate General of the Army
Bio: Stuart W. Risch is a United States Army lieutenant general who is currently the 41st Judge Advocate General of the United States Army. He was previously the Deputy Judge Advocate General of the United States Army and before that the commanding general of the United States Army Legal Services Agency. He received his LL.M. degree from The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School in 1996. He also completed a master's degree in strategic studies at the Army War College in 2007. In June 2021, he was nominated for promotion to lieutenant general and assigned to replace Charles N. Pede as the Judge Advocate General of the US Army. He assumed his present rank on July 12, 2021, with his promotion ceremony taking place on July 16, 2021.

Major General Jeanniw M. Leavitt
Bio: Maj. Gen. Jeannie M. Leavitt, a distinguished Air Force officer, has held pivotal roles in ensuring aviation safety and combat capability throughout her career. Serving as the Department of the Air Force Chief of Safety and Commander of the Air Force Safety Center, she spearheaded comprehensive programs to prevent mishaps and uphold nuclear surety. With a background in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas and a master's degree from Stanford University, General Leavitt's expertise spans various flying, staff, and command assignments. As Director of Operations and Communications at Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, she oversaw training programs for over 300,000 personnel worldwide. With operational experience in numerous theaters, General Leavitt's leadership and commitment have been instrumental in advancing safety and readiness within the Air Force and Space Force.
Robert Doar- President of American Enterprise Institute ( AEI)
Bio: Robert Doar serves as the president of the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), assuming the role in July 2019. Leading one of the nation's oldest and most esteemed public policy think tanks, Mr. Doar has been instrumental in recruiting top scholars and launching a new 海角社区 division focusing on Social, Cultural, and Constitutional Studies. Under his leadership, AEI has strengthened its position as a leading voice on critical issues facing the United States, including foreign and defense policy, education, economic reform, and opportunity and mobility studies. Mr. Doar's contributions extend beyond AEI, where he has co-chaired the National Commission on Hunger and played a key role in poverty and opportunity initiatives. With over two decades of experience in social service programs in New York state and New York City, Mr. Doar brings a wealth of expertise to his role at AEI, shaping the discourse on vital policy matters.
