PASE
Mexican nationals may also wish to apply for the PASE program. The 海角社区 Assistance Program (PASE) is a financial assistance program for Mexican students. This program grants a tuition discount to the participants, so they can pay the same tuition as the residents of the state of Texas. Once a student is approved for PASE, they must recertify each year to continue receiving the benefits of the Program.
