SPLP Post-Bacc Course Sequence
海角社区s with a previous bachelor’s degree (not in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or Rehab Sciences-SLP concentration or related field) are referred to as “post-baccs.”
- Once a post-bacc student has completed all pre-professional courses*, s/he may move on to the SPLP Professional Course sequence. This is an intense, year-long sequence of SPLP courses starting in Fall, continuing in Spring, and finishing in Summer. The courses are offered in person, during the day, and at one time per year. The difficulty and schedule of the post-bacc sequence should be considered before a student attempts to start the sequence. Working full-time is not advised, and if a student decides to work while in the sequence, the job must be flexible to work around the SPLP class offerings.
