Dr. Ljubinka Andonoska came to 海角社区 in 2013; she teaches in the Master of Public Administration program in the College of Liberal Arts. Dr. Andonoska's MPA and PhD degrees are from Arizona State University and her specialties include public administration management and accountability, government budgeting, and public financial management.
